We're a custom racewear and teamwear manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan — one of the world's most established textile manufacturing cities. Every suit, glove, shoe, and team kit we make is built to order, shipped to racers and teams Worldwide.
Flex Racewear was founded in Sialkot, Pakistan — a city with over a century of precision manufacturing heritage — by Saad Ali and Fahad Ali. The idea was straightforward: racers and teams worldwide were paying too much for generic off-the-shelf gear, or waiting too long for truly custom-built kit.
Drawing on Sialkot's deep textile and sporting goods manufacturing roots, we built Flex Racewear to bridge that gap — offering fully custom karting suits, auto racing wear, and teamwear manufactured in-house, with no compromises on materials, construction, or branding.
From a single workshop to shipping branded racing kit to teams across Europe, the Middle East, North America, and beyond — every order still gets the same hands-on attention it did on day one.
Every order starts with your brief — colors, logo, sizing, fabric choice. We build around your requirements, not the other way around. No templates you didn't choose.
Sialkot's manufacturing heritage means access to premium fabrics and trims at the source. We don't cut corners on GSM weights, stitching, or finish quality regardless of order size.
You see a proof or sample before full production. You get tracking once it ships. No black-box manufacturing — you know exactly where your order is at every checkpoint.
Whether you're kitting out a single driver or a full grid of 30, we handle both with the same attention. Small orders aren't deprioritized — they're just a different spec sheet.
10 to 15 days from approved artwork to dispatch on most orders. Racing seasons don't wait, and neither do we — we plan production around your deadline, not ours.
Most of our clients come back every season. We keep your spec on file, your sizing run saved, and your artwork ready — so repeat orders are faster every time.
Your logo files, colors, and livery brief come in. Our design team builds print-ready artwork and sends you a digital proof for approval before a single piece of fabric is cut.
Fabric is selected to your spec — polyester, mesh, fleece, softshell, or nylon depending on the product — sourced in-house from Sialkot's established supplier network, then precision-cut to pattern.
Sublimation, DTF transfer, screen printing, or embroidery — applied depending on the garment type and your chosen method. All print work is checked against the approved artwork before assembly.
Panels are assembled by experienced machinists — reinforced stitching at all stress points, consistent seam allowances, and finish checked per garment before moving to QC.
Every piece is checked against your original spec — sizing, print alignment, stitching, and finish. Passed items are packed and dispatched with tracking shared directly with you.
