How quickly can I receive my teamwear or kartwear?

All Flex Racewear products are custom-made to order.

  • Custom Teamwear (shirts, polos, jackets, hoodies, etc.) – approx. 4 weeks

  • Custom Kart Racesuits (cut & sew with embroidery) – approx. 4 weeks

  • Sublimated Kart Racesuits & Wetsuits – approx. 6 weeks

  • Crew Clothing (printed/embroidered on stock items) – 1–2 weeks

⏱ Lead times begin once payment is received and artwork is approved. Production times can vary depending on demand—contact us if you need a more accurate delivery date.

What format should I send my logos or artwork in?

We prefer vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg, or vector .pdf).
If you don’t have these, our design team can redraw your logo for a small fee.

Can I collect my order in person?

We don’t currently offer in-store collection.
All orders are safely shipped worldwide via trusted couriers. For larger team or bulk orders, we can arrange special delivery solutions if required.

How will I know what I’m getting?

Before production, we provide:

  • Digital design mock-ups for approval

  • Sample t-shirts (optional) to check size, color, and quality

This ensures you know exactly what you’re ordering.

How do I place a repeat order?

If your team has already ordered from Flex Racewear, simply contact us. We’ll give you updated pricing and confirm which items are available for a quick reorder.

Why is VAT sometimes added to children’s clothing?

By law in many regions, children’s clothing is VAT-exempt up to a certain age/height.
If an item falls outside those limits (e.g., larger custom suits), VAT will be charged at the standard rate.

How should I wash my racesuit?

To keep your racesuit performing at its best:

  • Close all zips and velcro before washing

  • Wash at a maximum of 40°C

  • ❌ Do not tumble dry

  • ❌ Do not dry clean

  • ❌ Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals

How should I wash my custom teamwear?

Our sublimated polyester teamwear is durable but needs proper care:

  • Wash at a maximum of 40°C
