- The Ribtec P1 is the latest in a line of high quality rib protectors from Tillett. Developed to offer the highest levels of protection with a rigid composite side panel construction, for the optimum load spreading capability in case of an impact and will retain ist’s shape. Externally there’s a soft suede covering to the plastic skin, this helps protect the kart suit from any seat bolts extrustion damage. On the P1 the rear angle is adjustable to enable it’s adaption to suit different body shapes and increasing comfort levels. Each rib protector is supplied with an over shoulder harness to prevent slipping and keep the the protector in the desired place.
