Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Flex Racewear. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Flex Racewear reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

2. Orders & Artwork

  • All products are custom-made to order.

  • Final artwork and order details must be approved in writing before production begins.

  • Logos and designs should be provided in vector format (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf). If not available, we can redraw logos for a fee.

  • Flex Racewear is not responsible for errors in artwork or logos once approved by the customer.

3. Payments

  • Orders require either:

    • 100% upfront payment, OR

    • 50% deposit upfront with the balance due before shipping.

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Orders will not enter production until payment is received.

4. Production & Lead Times

  • Standard production times (after payment & artwork approval):

    • Custom Teamwear: approx. 4 weeks

    • Custom Kart Racesuits (cut & sew): approx. 4 weeks

    • Sublimated Racesuits/Wetsuits: approx. 6 weeks

    • Crew Clothing (stock items): 1–2 weeks

  • Lead times are estimates and may vary depending on order size, time of year, and workload. Flex Racewear is not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers, couriers, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via trusted courier services.

  • Delivery costs will be confirmed at the time of order.

  • Flex Racewear is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier services or customs clearance.

  • International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges.

6. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

  • As all items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements under any circumstances.

  • Order cancellations are only possible before production starts. Once production has begun, deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable.

7. Product Care & Warranty

  • Flex Racewear products are designed for motorsport and leisure use only.

  • Care instructions must be followed to maintain product quality.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, incorrect washing, or normal wear and tear.

8. Liability

  • Motorsport and karting are inherently dangerous activities. Flex Racewear products are designed for performance and comfort but do not guarantee protection from injury.

  • Flex Racewear will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred while using our products.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, templates, and products created by Flex Racewear remain the intellectual property of Flex Racewear unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Customers must ensure they have the legal right to use any logos, designs, or trademarks submitted for production.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
